My wife, young daughter and myself have rented multiple Windsor Palms villas 7 times in the last 3 years and your place is by far the cleanest, well supplied and most professionally ran with your local management team. This is the first time my wife agreed that we will inquire to rebook with a villa owner that we stayed at. Free internet access & no charge long distance calling was also the first for us - no longer did I have to walk out on the front street with my laptop looking for an un-secure wireless access point, I just plugged it into your router and instant access. With your quick response to all our emails & inquiries added with your multiple payment options brought me confidence in booking your villa and sending payment. And finally, our security deposit was also promptly refunded 2 days after our return home. So, hopefully, we'll be in contact again soon. I'm already feeling the need for another "sit by the pool and do nothing" vacation (and I've only been back home for 3 days). As we get ready to leave your villa, I want to let you know it was lovely. My husband and I would have liked to be at the villa more but the kids had us at ALL the parks 9am to 10pm every night...now we need a holiday! We arrived on Sunday at 5pm due to trying to get us all ready to leave Orlando. Entered the villa and we said "WOW!", beautifully appointed and the staff had the tables laid beautifully. I liked that as being of English origin I like the touch, however I quickly put away everything as we have two grands and knew we'd eat out as only a few days.
 
Well, we will certainly pass on 'Sunny Asha Villa' as a great resting spot after hectic days. I'm glad it worked out for us. Thank you. - Wendy Gomez - FOUR CORNERS - DEC 2007
